I have used this florist several times for multiple events. Usually she does great arrangements and has them there early. However, I called for funeral flowers and explained it would be the only arrangements there. The flowers were not delivered in the few hours prior to the service like I was promised. (The location is ten minutes for the flower shop) The flowers were delivered and stuck on a table in the back of the funeral service DURING the service. I was never called back or received any discount for what I believe was very unprofessional behavior.
